Question: Do you accept credit cards?

Answer: Yes! We accept all major credit cards, if you prefer to be billed, wecan also set that up with certain required banking information.

Question: I am a small business and cannot buy in large quantities.

Answer: It does not matter what size order you place.  While many vendors
have minimum quantities, most have low enough quantities to suit your needs and since we have been in the buisness for so long and rank in the top of the list for promotional merchandise, we can also offer better pricing no matter what size you are.

Question: What is the turn around time for goods ordered?

Answer: For domestic goods, a general turn around time is 2 - 3 Weeks after
approved artwork...in some cases, vendors offer a turn around of 3 - 5 business days for production.
Overseas orders will run from 6 - 8 weeks.

Question: What are the artwork requirments?

Answer: Industry wide, the most accepted artwork is in a "Vector" format which if you have a creative company that did your logo, they 
can supply or we can take your artwork (logo) and change it for you at a minimal charge.
      
Straight line copy with no logo usually requires nothing special.
